Choose the plan that fits your team

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Business + AI — the top plan, with everything switched on — and we don't ask for a card. While you try it you can set up 3 company profiles and invite 5 teammates; picking a plan unlocks the rest. When the trial ends your account simply continues on the free Starter plan unless you choose a paid one.

Every run of Fill with AI — pasting text and letting Sales Tooling fill in a lead's or a contact's details for you — counts as one fill. Starter includes 5 per person each calendar month, Business 50, and Business + AI is unlimited. The count starts over on the first of every month.

Nothing dramatic. Your account continues on Starter, and everything you added during the trial — leads, notes, calls, company profiles, teammates — stays exactly where it is. Starter's limits only apply to creating new company profiles, inviting new teammates, and how many AI fills you get each month. You can pick a paid plan from the Billing page whenever you're ready.

You keep every company profile you already have. The limit is about creating: on Starter you can't add another profile beyond 1 until you move to a plan that includes more than you have, but nothing is removed and nothing is hidden. You can also delete a company you no longer need from its Settings page.

Business and Business + AI are priced per user, per month. A user is a person: we count the distinct people across every company you own, each counted once, and one subscription covers all of them. Invite or remove teammates whenever you like — your seat count follows your team.

Yes, from the Billing page. Move from Starter to either paid plan, or switch between Business and Business + AI at any time — the difference is prorated, so you only pay for what you use. Moving back to Starter is the same as cancelling: your paid plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

No. A company's plan is its owner's plan, and teammates never need a subscription of their own. On Business and Business + AI each teammate is a seat on the owner's subscription; during the trial there's nothing to pay at all. Starter is built for one person — to invite teammates, pick Business.

From the Billing page — no calls, no forms. Your paid plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account continues on Starter. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything as CSV at any time.

Payments are handled by Stripe: all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Need invoicing instead? Talk to sales.
